Le MDN souhaite obtenir de l’information sur les solutions offertes par l’industrie qui pourraient répondre aux exigences suivantes : • assurer la diffusion de programmation télévisée en direct vers un maximum de 35 points de réception d’utilisateurs finaux, répartis dans plusieurs bâtiments d’un même complexe des FAC; • fournir une solution hybride permettant autant la prestation de services conventionnels bidirectionnels dans les bâtiments non classifiés que la prestation de services unidirectionnels dans les zones de sécurité physique et des émissions (EMSEC) des Forces armées canadiennes, à un maximum de quatre emplacements, conformément aux exigences de sécurité applicables du gouvernement du Canada; • fournir l’accès à une programmation d’information locale, nationale et internationale.
