SUPPLIERS ARE TO NOTE THE REVISED Submission Deadline: will be the later of (a) 12:00 p.m. local time in Toronto on September 14, 2026, or (b) the date and time displayed in the City Online Procurement System countdown clock. ******************************************************** This Request for Proposal consists of two Lots: LOT A for the Maintenance and Managed Services of Existing Single and Multi-function Printers, and LOT B for the Supply and Provision of New Single and Multifunction Printers, and Related Maintenance and Managed Services. Suppliers may submit Proposals for either Lot or for both Lots. It is the intention of the City to award contract(s) to the highest-ranked Supplier meeting the requirements of each Lot contained in the Request for Proposal. Suppliers must meet all mandatory requirements for a Lot in order to be considered for the award of that Lot. Solicitation documents are available only in SAP Ariba, the City's Online Procurement System, at the Public Posting link shown in this notice, and responses must be submitted in SAP Ariba. The Submission Deadline will be the later of (a) 12:00 p.m. local time in Toronto on September 10, 2026, or (b) the date and time displayed in the City Online Procurement System countdown clock. Suppliers must be registered on SAP Ariba to initiate or continue doing business with the City.
