A business should confirm its Supply Arrangement status and category before investing in a bid; this notice does not establish that any particular company is eligible. Selection is expected to consider both price and delivery timing: 70 points are allocated to evaluated price and 30 points to the proposed completion period, subject to the final solicitation terms. Security and site-access requirements are not fully clear in the information provided and should be confirmed in the final solicitation documents. Key documents include the solicitation package, financial bid form, amendments, and question-and-answer notices. Review all documents for mandatory specifications, submission instructions, deadlines, applicable clauses, delivery requirements, and any security or personnel-access conditions. Before submitting anything, verify the current official tender notice and all amendments on Canada Buys, including the authorized submission channel and the closing date and time.
