Official source verification
BidMaple is a private product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Canada, CanadaBuys, provincial governments, municipalities, or public buyers. Users must verify tender notices, amendments, eligibility, deadlines, and submission instructions at the official source before bidding.
Cancellation
Users can manage or cancel paid subscriptions from the Stripe customer portal in Billing. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or BidMaple shows a different effective date.
Downgrades
Plan downgrades may immediately limit access to saved opportunities, exports, alerts, competitor tracking, CRM records, or other paid features based on the new plan. Existing data is preserved unless the user deletes it.
Refunds
Monthly SaaS fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. BidMaple may review duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional cases through support.
Stripe
Stripe processes payments, invoices, receipts, and subscription portal actions. Billing disputes should include the account email, invoice date, and issue description.
