Official source verification

BidMaple is a private product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Canada, CanadaBuys, provincial governments, municipalities, or public buyers. Users must verify tender notices, amendments, eligibility, deadlines, and submission instructions at the official source before bidding.

Federal Sources

BidMaple imports CanadaBuys tender notices for active federal opportunities. BidMaple also stores CanadaBuys award notices, contract history, historical tender notices, and standing offers/supply arrangements as market-history or supplier-market records.

Provincial Sources

BidMaple imports Quebec SEAO open-data opportunities where available. Additional provincial source records are tracked in the source registry and are activated as reliable public feeds or approved integrations become available.

Municipal Sources

BidMaple imports City of Toronto open solicitations and CivicInfo BC bid feeds. Additional municipal sources are expanded cautiously because many municipal portals do not provide stable open-data feeds.

Attribution

BidMaple uses public procurement data for search and workflow purposes. Source names remain the property of their respective organizations. Users must follow official portal terms and instructions when bidding.
