This appears to be an open IRCC procurement for the purchase, delivery, and installation of modern office furniture at 877 Expo Blvd., Vancouver, British Columbia. The work is expected to be completed by March 31, 2027. The furniture scope potentially includes: - Workstation systems - Work surfaces - Filing and storage products - Ancillary products - Collaborative products The opportunity is being solicited through PWGSC Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003/D, General Stream. Suppliers that already hold the required Supply Arrangement appear eligible to bid. A supplier without the arrangement may submit a bid, but must also apply to the Supply Arrangement Authority and receive an arrangement covering the relevant products and services before being awarded a contract. The government is not required to wait for that evaluation before awarding the contract. There is no security requirement identified in the notice. The listed closing time is September 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. However, the tender data shows Quebec as the province while the delivery address is in Vancouver, B.C.; this discrepancy should be confirmed in the official tender documents. Businesses should review the full RFP, procurement drawings, product-builder spreadsheet, submission instructions, and any amendments before deciding whether to participate. Questions are directed to IRCC.Bids [email protected]. For information about becoming a pre-qualified furniture Supply Arrangement holder, contact [email protected]. This summary is not a determination that a business qualifies or can meet the requirement. Verify the official Canada Buys notice and all associated documents, including the closing time, eligibility rules, product specifications, delivery requirements, and amendments, before submitting a bid.
