This appears to be an open PSPC tender for the supply, delivery, and installation of office furniture for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The furniture may include workstation systems, work surfaces, filing and storage products, ancillary items, collaborative products, and some products outside the Supply Arrangement. Delivery and installation are expected by April 1, 2027. The tender is being solicited through Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003/D. Suppliers holding the applicable PWGSC Supply Arrangement appear eligible to bid through the General stream. Businesses without a Supply Arrangement may still submit a bid, but would also need to apply to the Supply Arrangement Authority for evaluation; Canada may award the contract before that evaluation is complete. This process could involve additional timing and eligibility considerations. The stated closing date is October 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The listing identifies Sydney, Nova Scotia, but also shows “Cape Breton, Gatineau, Quebec” and province code “QU,” which should be checked against the official tender documents because the location information appears inconsistent. Potentially relevant businesses may include office-furniture manufacturers, dealers, distributors, installers, and firms able to provide the specified products and installation services. Review the complete solicitation, product requirements, delivery conditions, bid instructions, mandatory criteria, and Supply Arrangement terms before deciding whether to bid.
