The opportunity is listed as open and closes on November 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The listing shows Ottawa, Ontario, but the actual construction site is CFB Esquimalt, B.C. The work appears to require a broad integrated team, including architectural, sustainable design, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil/municipal, BIM, and technical/drafting expertise. Questions must be sent only to the official point of contact identified in the tender notice, as contacting others may create bid-disqualification risk. This opportunity potentially matches large construction firms, design-build consortiums, and specialized firms participating as team members or subcontractors. However, the available information does not establish whether any particular business qualifies. Review the complete RFP, Amendment No. 1, security requirements, mandatory experience, insurance, bonding, team-composition, submission, and MERX registration requirements before deciding whether to bid or partner with another firm. Verify the closing time, amendments, complete scope, and all eligibility requirements directly in the official MERX notice: https://www.merx.com/public/solicitations/4131687920/abstract?language=EN.
