All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-10-02 at 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation is for the requirement of analytical and laboratory services for the testing of chemical contaminants and/or allergens in foods, food crops, and tissues of food animals for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). Multiple contracts will be established as a result of this solicitation. The requirement is divided into two distinct parts.Part A: Categorized by commodity/food group for a total of 7 food groups (Dairy, Eggs, Fish & Seafood, Fresh Fruit & Vegetables, Honey, Meat, and Processed Products).Part B: Categorized by testing programs for a total of 24 programs (including 3-MCPD, Arsenic, BPA, Alternaria, Benzopyrene, etc.). An Offeror may submit an offer for one or multiple food groups in Part A and/or for one or more testing programs in Part B. Contracts awarded to bidders for multiple food groups and/or programs will be consolidated into a single contract.
