This opportunity may be relevant to firms with experience in economic impact analysis, fisheries or marine-sector research, regional economic modelling, data analysis, Indigenous and coastal community research, and developing practical monitoring methodologies. The tender is listed as open and has a stated closing date of November 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The buyer is DFO, and the work focuses on British Columbia, although the listing also shows Fredericton, New Brunswick; this apparent location inconsistency should be checked in the official notice. The official tender PDF is available here: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/sites/default/files/webform/tender_notice/112338/30008546-rfp-en-to-post.pdf.
