Proposals are expected to address the firm’s understanding of the work, methodology, relevant experience, and pricing. Work may be performed in English or French. There are no stated security requirements for the solicitation, although security requirements could apply to later call-ups. The tender is listed as open and closes November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The listed coverage includes Ontario outside the NCR, the Northwest Territories, and the broader regional jurisdictions described in the notice. The supplied tender record does not include an official notice link, so the complete RFSO documents should be reviewed on Canada Buys before deciding whether to submit.
