AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Canada Buys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada is calling for proposals from engineers who are licensed, or eligible to be licensed, certified or otherwise authorized to provide a range of Electrical and Mechanical engineering services in Central, Eastern and Western Ontario Regions.
