Bidders may inspect the sites at their own expense and are expected to assess access, site conditions, weather, soil, risks, and other factors affecting pricing. The available documents include the invitation to tender, specifications, and two addenda. A dredging contractor with suitable marine equipment, environmental and safety procedures, transportation capacity, and the ability to work within the restricted winter window may find this opportunity potentially relevant. Review the complete official tender notice and all addenda to confirm the site count, submission requirements, mandatory qualifications, bonding or insurance requirements, pricing details, and any environmental permits before deciding whether to bid.
