PSPC is seeking suppliers for remediation construction services at contaminated sites in remote areas of Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and Yukon. This is an ongoing Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA), rather than a single project contract. Suppliers may submit qualification responses when convenient, and PSPC expects to evaluate submissions as they are received. Successful suppliers may later be invited to compete for specific remediation projects through selective Requests for Proposal (RFPs). There is no stated maximum number of supply arrangements, and suppliers that already hold a qualified arrangement do not need to submit a new one. The notice lists Gatineau, Quebec, as well as the three northern territories, but the project work appears focused on remote northern sites. The posting indicates that the earlier February 28, 2025 closing date should be disregarded; the current record shows May 31, 2030 at 2:00 p.m., but this should be confirmed in the official notice. A Canadian construction or environmental remediation business with relevant capabilities may find this opportunity potentially relevant, subject to the RFSA’s detailed requirements, qualifications, security, safety, Indigenous and northern-work considerations, bonding, insurance, and logistical conditions. Review the complete official tender documentation and submission process at the provided source before deciding whether to respond or submitting any bid.

  • This appears to be an ongoing Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) qualification opportunity; suppliers may submit responses at a time of their convenience, subject to the official tender instructions.
  • The opportunity concerns remediation construction services for contaminated-sites projects in remote locations in Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
  • The objective is to establish multiple supply arrangements with qualified suppliers.
  • Future Requests for Proposal (RFPs) are expected to be selectively tendered among successful supply arrangement holders; submitting to this RFSA does not itself identify a specific future project.

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) has an ongoing opportunity for qualification that allows suppliers to submit their responses at a time of their convenience. PSPC will evaluate responses upon receipt. As such, please disregard the closing time of February 28, 2025 in the Ariba Discovery and Canada Buys postings. This RFSA aims to establish multiple supply arrangements for remediation construction services at northern contaminated sites projects in various remote locations in Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon Territory. PSPC will selectively tender future Requests for Proposal (RFPs) among this pool of successful supply arrangement holders. There is no maximum number of supply arrangements that may be issued as a result of this RFSA. Existing qualified suppliers, who have already been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement.
