This appears to be an open PSPC tender for long-term maintenance of the Alaska Highway’s South Section, from kilometre 133 to kilometre 589 in British Columbia. The contract is expected to run for 10 years, with an anticipated start date of June 1, 2028, and has a closing deadline of November 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The work may include year-round and seasonal highway maintenance, including road-surface maintenance, winter operations, drainage work, and other activities listed in the specifications. The contractor would generally be expected to provide management, supervision, labour, equipment, and materials unless the tender documents state otherwise. This opportunity potentially matches businesses with substantial highway maintenance, winter-operations, equipment, staffing, and project-management capacity. The title identifies it as an ITQ, so the official notice should be checked to confirm the qualification process, mandatory requirements, contract conditions, insurance, bonding, Indigenous or subcontracting requirements, and submission instructions. The tender data lists British Columbia and Gatineau, Quebec as locations, while the province field shows Quebec; this may reflect an administrative location rather than the work site and should be confirmed. No official source link or tender documents were provided here. Review the complete official tender notice and all attachments before deciding whether to submit a response.
