Correctional Service Canada appears to be seeking a training provider for its Health Services Branch in the Prairie Region. The work involves delivering integrated nursing simulation training covering CSC’s Nursing Clinical Protocols for Emergency Situations and Emergency Trauma Care certification requirements. The contractor would be expected to prepare and deliver hands-on simulation sessions, provide debriefing, issue certificates of completion, and provide Emergency Trauma Care certification to participants who successfully complete the requirements. Training is intended for frontline CSC nurses and must reflect applicable provincial legislation and professional practice standards. The listed locations include Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Moncton, New Brunswick. The location information should be confirmed in the solicitation documents, particularly because Moncton does not appear to align clearly with the Prairie Region description. The contract would run from award for two years, with options for two additional one-year renewals. The tender is marked open and closes October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The opportunity may be potentially relevant to organizations with experience in nursing education, emergency or trauma-care certification, clinical simulation, and training delivery in institutional or correctional settings. However, the available summary does not establish supplier qualifications, certification requirements, insurance requirements, security requirements, pricing details, or submission instructions. Review the official tender documents carefully before deciding whether to bid. Confirm the exact delivery locations, mandatory qualifications, required certifications or accreditations, participant volumes, session schedule, security and privacy obligations, evaluation method, and bid submission process. The provided documents are the official-source PDFs listed with this opportunity: the tender notice and the RFP for Nursing Simulation Training – Prairie Region.
