PSPC is seeking expressions of interest from owners, landlords, or authorized agents who may have office space available for a potential federal lease in the Greater Victoria area. This is an information-gathering exercise—not a tender or request for proposals—and PSPC is not required to lease any space or issue a future solicitation. The potential requirement appears to involve: - Approximately 381 usable square metres of contiguous office space. - A proposed lease beginning around August 1, 2029, for about 10 years, with two possible two-year extensions. - Space made available roughly 20 weeks before the lease begins for preparation and fit-up. - Ground-floor space preferred. - A location within the specified boundaries in Langford or Colwood,BC: generally north of Sooke Road and west of Bellamy Road/Veterans Memorial Parkway, with the detailed road boundaries set out in the notice. - Compliance with PSPC’s Standards for Leased Accommodation by the lease start date. A response should identify File No. 81002471 and include the building’s municipal address, zoning, the specific proposed space, measured area, drawings showing washrooms, exits and other design features, parking information, and how the space meets the stated criteria. Agents must include authorization from the property owner or other relevant party. Building owners would need to obtain a valid PSPC Contract Security Program Reliability status before any future contract award. Interested parties are asked to respond by October 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., by mail to PSPC at 219–800 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 0B9, or by email to Brendan Ling at [email protected]. The notice lists 604-348-6492 for inquiries. This may be potentially relevant to a commercial property owner or authorized leasing agent with suitable space in the specified Langford or Colwood area, but it does not guarantee a future tender or lease opportunity. Verify the complete official notice, including the attached boundary plan, PSPC accommodation standards, submission method, deadline, and any updates, before responding.
