Public Works and Government Services Canada is seeking suppliers for a Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) supporting Canadian military collective training exercises in Canada and the United States. Contractors may provide facilities, equipment, personnel, simulations, role-playing, and specialist support in one or more areas: land exercises, specialized facilities and equipment, aviation, marine, cyber, exercise support, and subject-matter expertise. This is a pre-qualification process rather than a direct contract. Pricing is not requested at the RFSA stage. Suppliers whose submissions are found compliant for specific categories or subcategories may receive a supply arrangement and could later be invited to bid on related Requests for Proposals. Those future RFPs are expected to include technical and financial evaluations. The notice lists broad delivery coverage across Canadian provinces and territories, the National Capital Region, and foreign locations. Bids may be submitted in either official language. The tender is shown as open with a closing time of October 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.; however, the description refers to a 2022 delivery date and the linked document appears to be dated November 16, 2022. These dates and the current status should be confirmed in the official tender documents before preparing or submitting a response. This opportunity appears potentially relevant to businesses with military training, exercise simulation, operational support, specialized facilities or platforms, aviation, marine, cyber, or related subject-matter capabilities. The supplied record does not establish whether any particular business meets the requirements. Review the complete RFSA, mandatory criteria, category-specific requirements, submission instructions, security requirements, and any amendments on the official Canada Buys notice before bidding. No official source URL was provided in the record; the available document link should also be checked for accessibility and currency.
