Project Overview Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is undertaking electrical service upgrades at the Kitimat River Hatchery in Kitimat, British Columbia. The work relates to transformer and electrical service modifications following completion of overhead primary upgrades by BC Hydro. The hatchery will remain operational throughout the project. 1.
