This appears to be an open RCMP procurement for hazardous-waste removal and indoor firing-range maintenance at four Alberta locations: Edmonton, Red Deer, Edson and St. Paul. The work includes lead removal and disposal or recycling, bullet-trap maintenance, rubber curtain and pellet work, deep cleaning, HEPA-vacuuming, ventilation pre-filter replacement, and periodic HEPA-filter replacement. The opportunity is restricted to Supply Arrangement holders under EW479-162880 that can perform the services in Alberta. The notice lists 11 invited companies, including Stericycle, Aevitas, Clean Harbors Canada, GFL Environmental, KBL Environmental, Veolia, Miller Environmental and others. A business that is not an invited holder should not assume it can bid on this specific solicitation. The notice says suppliers may apply to the related hazardous-waste Supply Arrangement using RFSA solicitation EW479-162880, but that would be a separate process and would not necessarily make the business eligible for this tender. The contract is intended for one supplier, with an initial one-year term and up to three additional one-year extensions. Personnel require RCMP Facility Access Level 2 with Escort (FA2). The estimated work is spread across all four sites and includes several recurring services, such as bullet-trap checks approximately 10 times per year, lead mining and deep cleaning approximately four times per year, and other repairs or replacements. These quantities are estimates for bid evaluation and are not a guaranteed volume. The stated closing time is October 22, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The tender data identifies the buyer as the RCMP and lists Saskatchewan/Regina in the location fields, although the described work is in Alberta; this should be checked against the official solicitation. No official source or tender documents were provided here. Before taking action, verify the complete official notice, invitation status, submission instructions, security requirements, insurance, environmental and transportation obligations, pricing format, site conditions, and closing time on Canada Buys or through the contracting authority.
