Local Internet Access Services RFSA

Shared Services Canada (SSC) is seeking Internet Service Providers to pre-qualify for Local Internet Access Services across Canada. This is a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA), not a request for an immediate project bid. Suppliers that demonstrate the required experience and capacity may be issued a Supply Arrangement and could then compete for future, site-specific internet access requirements. The work could involve providing and managing internet connections for SSC, partner organizations, mandatory clients, and other government organizations using SSC procurement services. Requirements may arise across Canada and would be issued on an as-needed basis. The arrangement may also be used to replace or recompete existing connections and establish new connections. This opportunity appears potentially relevant to an ISP with the technical capability, experience, service coverage, and capacity to support federal government sites. However, being accepted into a Supply Arrangement would not guarantee any contract or future work. Suppliers must register and submit responses through SSC’s Procure to Pay (P2P) portal. Review the solicitation and all listed amendment documents carefully for the qualification criteria, submission instructions, required forms, service standards, coverage requirements, and any deadlines. The notice shows an ongoing qualification opportunity but also contains historical dates, so confirm the current status and applicable closing or response provisions directly in the official SSC documents before proceeding.
