English Title: AR26SL03, Multi-disciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services – Source List English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide professional services on an “as and when required” basis at various locations within the Atlantic region, excluding the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the five (5) Proponents with the highest total scores (including a minimum of three (3) who have the capability to deliver the Services in English and French). The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $18,000,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $6,000,000 two (2) times at any time during the term of the SL. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $350,000; the minimum value of an individual commission under the SL is $100,000 and the maximum value is $500,000.
