Public summary
Generated or condensed from imported source text. Verify before bidding.
This appears to be a permanent supplier pre-qualification opportunity for temporary help services for federal government requirements in the National Capital Region (NCR). It is issued by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and is currently marked open. The NCR includes the Ottawa-Carleton area in Ontario and the Outaouais area in Quebec. The arrangement covers 14 temporary-help service streams, with classifications and categories described in the official RFSA documents. Suppliers that meet the stated requirements may be issued a supply arrangement; this is not itself a guarantee of contracts or work. Applications must be submitted through the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS), following the RFSA and CPSS instructions. Submissions may be made in either official language. The notice indicates that submissions can be received on an ongoing basis, with evaluations conducted in quarterly cycles. The listed closing date is March 31, 2028 at 2:00 p.m.; however, because this is described as a permanent notice with recurring evaluation periods, bidders should confirm how the date and applicable submission cycle are treated in the latest amendment. This opportunity may be relevant to Canadian staffing or temporary-help businesses able to serve the NCR, but the available summary does not establish whether a particular company meets the qualification requirements. Review the complete RFSA, Amendment #009 and all incorporated documents, including any requirements for experience, personnel, security, certifications, classifications, pricing and CPSS submission. Verify the current official tender notice and documents before submitting a bid.
