The second component, Component B, will use the results from Component A and identify, in collaboration with FPT Officials a number of case studies to analyse the mechanisms through which seniors and/or their caregivers learn about and/or access support services aiming to build awareness and improve access to service navigation supports. This would also include policy recommendations for jurisdictions to consider in enhancing service navigation support for seniors.
