A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be held at the following date, time, and location.Date: October 08, 2026Time: 10:30 AM MT (Local Time)Location: Pass Office (Building R46) in Ralston, Alberta Those bidders (or subs) wishing to attend the scheduled site tour are requested to contact the DCC office 24 hours prior to the site tour date by email to [email protected]. The Contractor will provide Garbage Pick-up and Disposal Services for a two-year period starting from the Service Commencement date (January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028). The Contractor will provide Garbage Pick-up and Disposal Services for a two-year period starting from the Service Commencement date (January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028). If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year period with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation. The amounts quoted shall remain firm for the period of the contract. Rate adjustment for the option years will be made in accordance with the CPI terms and conditions as per Amendment #1. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
