Public Works and Government Services Canada is seeking suppliers for high-density mobile shelving (HDMS). The requirement appears to cover relocating, modifying, extending, and providing consultation services for existing HDMS, as well as installing new systems. It is intended to renew an existing Supply Arrangement and may create both a regular arrangement and a Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB) arrangement. The opportunity appears open to interested suppliers, with qualified suppliers potentially receiving work in one or more regions: Atlantic, National Capital Region, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Pacific, Quebec, Western, and Yukon. Deliveries are described as covering most of Canada, excluding Nunavut and locations subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements. The procurement may use a best-overall-proposal evaluation, and the Crown reserves the right to negotiate. The listed closing date is December 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., but the description contains an older delivery date of November 29, 2022. This inconsistency should be clarified using the current official tender notice and solicitation documents. The provided documents are available through Canada Buys, including the attached PDF notices. A business considering this opportunity should review the full requirements, regional qualification rules, technical standards, PSAB eligibility provisions where applicable, insurance, certifications, submission instructions, and any amendments before bidding. This summary does not establish that a company qualifies; verify all details with the official notice before submitting an arrangement or bid.
