PARKS CANADA IS NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING BIDS VIA SAP ARIBA, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR BID VIA FAX OR EMAIL AS INDICATED IN THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT. BIDS RECEIVED IN-PERSON OR BY COURIER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The only acceptable email address for responses to the bid solicitation is [email protected]. Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than [email protected] will not be accepted. SECURITY REQUIREMENT There is a security requirement associated with this bid solicitation. The validity of an existing personnel security clearance issued by the Government of Canada is not affected by the change in the criminal record check process. Des Entreprises, Gatineau, QC J9X 0B3 on the 22nd of October 2026, beginning at 9h00 EDT. b. Communication with Contracting Authority. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Thursday, October 15 at 14h00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit.
