Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) for Consultant Services DEFENSE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Abbreviated Proposals for Consultant Services, B900557, at CFB Bagotville including its satellites sites located in Chicoutimi, Jonquière and Sept-Iles in the province of Quebec.
