Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) RFSA
Public summary

This open PSPC opportunity appears to seek suppliers for a Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA). It is intended for off-the-shelf software licences, along with related software maintenance and support services, for use across Canada. It is not intended for IT professional services, hardware, appliance solutions, hosted solutions, or cloud services such as SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS. This is a request to establish a supply arrangement, not an immediate purchase contract. Being accepted into the arrangement would not guarantee any work. Future requirements may be competed among suppliers, and a contract would exist only if a later requirement is awarded. The listed closing date is September 29, 2028 at 10:00 a.m. The notice identifies Gatineau, Quebec, and instructs suppliers to submit offers to [email protected]. The official RFSA document is linked through the Ariba notice: http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/16043971. A business that supplies eligible commercial software licences and associated maintenance or support may find this potentially relevant. However, the description also references an earlier arrangement expiry date of September 30, 2023, so the current status, submission instructions, deadlines, mandatory requirements, and applicable categories should be confirmed carefully in the official tender documents before preparing or submitting an offer. This summary does not determine whether your business qualifies.
