Transport Canada is seeking a Real Property Project Manager consultant under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (E60ZT-18TSPS), specifically Tier 1 Category 4.2. The work appears to involve assessing building systems, preparing a complete tender package, supporting procurement, and overseeing project delivery through closeout. The contract period is two years. This opportunity is restricted to invited holders of the specified Supply Arrangement. The notice lists 15 invited organizations, so businesses not holding the required arrangement and tier may not be able to submit a proposal directly. The requirement also includes security obligations: the contractor must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), and personnel needing access to sensitive worksites must hold valid Reliability Status. Any security-related subcontracting requires prior written approval. The stated closing date is September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The listed locations include Canada, Quebec outside the National Capital Region, and Ottawa, Ontario. The file number is T8080-260220, and the contracting authority is Diana Daigle-Pietsch at [email protected]. This opportunity potentially matches businesses already invited under the required TSPS arrangement, tier, and category. The supplied record does not include the official tender URL or supporting documents, so verify the complete official notice, eligibility and invitation restrictions, statement of work, submission instructions, security clauses, deadlines, and any amendments before preparing or submitting a bid.
