(“MAI”) is seeking a supplier to deliver a comprehensive set of services and deliverables across the Terminal Modernization Program. The Supplier will provide strategic, operational, technical, and infrastructure delivery services across five primary workstreams, aligned with the organization’s transition to a standardized, event-driven, and data-enabled terminal operating model. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept proposals in whole or in part. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, November 3rd, 2026. All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website. Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.
