The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires recruitment services to identify and recommend potential highly qualified experts to be retained by the CRA to assist with litigations. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will proceed with the conditions precedent to contract award. The Work or a portion of the Work performed under the Contract will be performed on an as-and-when-requested basis and initiated using a Task Authorization (TA).
