CSC intends to award the contract to a pre-identified supplier. Other organizations may respond by submitting a statement of capabilities showing that they can meet the requirement. This is not necessarily a standard competitive tender, and CSC may proceed with the intended award if no suitable capability statement is received by the deadline. The work appears to involve: - Developing and delivering up to 45 writing and storytelling workshops, each approximately two hours long. - Serving institutions across Ontario, Quebec, the Prairie region and the Atlantic region. - Supporting self-expression, identity development, cultural identity exploration, emotional well-being, inclusion and rehabilitation. - Coordinating scheduling and delivery with CSC staff and institutional contacts. - Providing workshop materials, participant resources and information about relevant community supports. - Using culturally responsive, participant-centred facilitation methods. - Delivering services in English and French where required. - Providing updates and electronic summary reports after activities at each institution. - Having workshop content and materials reviewed and approved by CSC before delivery. Workshops are expected to be delivered between contract award and March 31, 2027. The stated closing date is October 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.; the applicable time zone and complete submission instructions should be confirmed in the official notice. This opportunity may be relevant to organizations with experience in culturally responsive facilitation, writing or storytelling programs, community or rehabilitation services, and delivery in correctional or other institutional settings. The excerpt does not provide enough information to determine whether a particular business can respond successfully. It also appears that the full requirements, reporting details, capability criteria, security or institutional-access conditions, pricing information and submission method may be in the complete notice or related documents. Before responding, review the official ACAN and all attachments, confirm the pre-identified supplier details and capability requirements, and verify the exact closing time, language requirements, regional delivery expectations and required statement-of-capabilities format. No official source URL or document was provided with this tender record, so the notice should be located through the Government of Canada procurement portal before any submission is prepared.
