This open tender appears to be the second stage of a Government of Canada procurement for 2027 or newer light-duty vehicles. It is being led by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PSPC) and is intended to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO). Only offerors that were qualified during the first-stage process may submit a bid in this second stage. Businesses that were not placed on the qualified offeror list may not be eligible to participate. Successful suppliers could become standing-offer holders for the supply of vehicles, but a standing offer does not guarantee that the government will place orders. The opportunity has broad potential coverage across Canada, including all provinces and territories listed in the notice. The closing date is October 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The tender record does not include an official source link or documents, so the business should confirm the qualified-offeror requirement, mandatory criteria, submission instructions, vehicle specifications, and any regional requirements in the official tender notice before preparing or submitting a bid. Bid Maple is not affiliated with the Government of Canada.
