**Tender:** Capital Experience Events Catering **Buyer:** Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) **Status:** Open; closing November 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The applicable time zone and submission instructions should be confirmed in the official notice. **What is being purchased:** PCH is seeking catering companies to support major events and other events in the National Capital Region, including Gatineau, Quebec. Services may be requested on an “as and when required” basis for artists, programming partners, volunteers, technical crews and staff. PCH intends to establish up to two standing offers. The initial period would run from award until December 31, 2028, with a possible one-year extension. A standing offer is not necessarily a guaranteed contract or volume of work; services would be ordered when required. **Key mandatory requirements described:** - Demonstrate experience with three separate large-scale, high-profile catering events completed within the last five years before closing. - Each example must involve at least 200 guests present simultaneously and at least two high-profile guests, such as public figures or performing artists. - At least one example must involve buffet service, and at least one must involve boxed meals. - Provide details for each event, including its nature and location, attendance, the type of high-profile guests without naming them, service format and other relevant project information. - Submit two sample menus covering continental breakfast buffet, dinner buffet, boxed lunch and boxed dinner requirements. - Describe procedures for handling food allergies, intolerances and other special instructions, including communication with the kitchen, preparation controls, meal identification and delivery procedures. **Potential fit:** This opportunity appears potentially relevant to an established caterer with recent experience serving large, high-profile events, including both buffet and boxed-meal formats, and with documented allergy-control procedures. A business should not assume it meets the requirements without checking its records against the full solicitation. **Important:** This is a reissue that cancels and supersedes the earlier RFSO identified as 10251648, dated November 20, 2025. Review the complete official RFSO and any amendments before deciding to bid.
