NRCan is accepting submissions for a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) covering client facilitation services. This is not a single contract award; it is a process to qualify suppliers for potential future work. The services appear focused on helping organizations plan, develop, and implement major energy-efficiency and greenhouse-gas-reduction initiatives, including energy management, measurement and verification, renewable energy, and energy performance contracts. The notice indicates that new suppliers may apply under RFSA NRCan-5000075549/B. Suppliers already pre-qualified under the previous arrangement, RFSA NRCan-5000075549, generally will not need to submit a new arrangement. Eligibility may depend on Canadian supplier status, applicable trade agreements, and the rules for any later individual work requirement. Qualification would not guarantee future work or eligibility for every resulting solicitation. The arrangement has no stated end date and is intended to remain available while the Government considers it useful. The listed closing date is March 31, 2040 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, but this unusually distant date should be confirmed in the official tender documents. An important submission step is to email [email protected] to request that a CPC Connect conversation be opened. The submission documents can reportedly be provided through that conversation. The work is associated with NRCan and may involve client organizations across Canada; the notice lists Ottawa, Ontario. A business with relevant energy-management, energy-efficiency, M&V, renewable-energy, or energy-performance-contract experience may find this opportunity potentially relevant, subject to the detailed mandatory requirements and evaluation criteria. Before taking action, review the official RFSA notice and PDF, confirm the deadline, submission instructions, security or certification requirements, experience criteria, applicable supplier eligibility rules, and all required forms.Official document: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/sites/default/files/webform/tender_notice/105305/rfsa-nrcan-5000075549-b-%28166933.pdf
