Request For Quotations For Supply, Delivery, Upgrade, Support & Maintenance for Synchro Licenses It is the intention of the City to award a contract to the Supplier whose compliant Bid offers the lowest total submitted pricing as shown in the Pricing Form of this Request for Quotations. Notwithstanding the dates and times shown in this Supplier Discovery / Advanced Notice of Intended Procurement,Suppliers are to note the following: The Solicitation is now open. Its documents are available in the City's Online Procurement System at the Public Posting link shown. The Submission Deadline will be the later of (a)12:00 p.m. local time in Toronto on November 19, 2026, or (b) the date and time displayed in the City Online Procurement System countdown clock. Solicitation documents are available only in SAP Ariba, the City of Toronto’s chosen e-bidding solution, and responses must be submitted in SAP Ariba. Suppliers must be registered on SAP Ariba to initiate or continue doing business with the City. New suppliers who have not previously registered with the City and who are interested in viewing and bidding on City solicitations can register by going to the City of Toronto Registration Page.
