Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food (AAFC) - *British Columbia *New Brunswick *Prince Edward Island, *Canada, Montréal, Québec
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is seeking 15 low-temperature growth chambers for delivery to five research centres: Fredericton, New Brunswick; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Agassiz and Summerland, British Columbia; and Kentville, Nova Scotia. The procurement is being conducted through Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI for laboratory and scientific equipment. This opportunity appears relevant only to suppliers already pre-qualified under Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI. Businesses that do not hold this arrangement cannot submit an evaluated bid for this solicitation. Suppliers may apply to the arrangement separately, but that process would not necessarily make them eligible for this specific opportunity. Bids must meet all mandatory technical requirements in Annex A. Among responsive bids, AAFC expects to recommend the supplier offering the lowest aggregate evaluated price. Delivery, equipment specifications, and requirements for each of the five locations should be reviewed carefully. The tender record lists October 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. as the notice closing time; however, suppliers should confirm the actual bid deadline in the solicitation documents because the notice states that the solicitation documents control the closing date. Review the official Canada Buys/SAP Ariba documents, including Annex A, and verify all eligibility, technical, pricing, delivery, and submission requirements before preparing or submitting a bid.Annex A provided with the notice: https://canadabuys.canada.ca/sites/default/files/webform/tender_notice/106251/annex-a.pdf
